磁流变液阻尼器-转子系统的振动特性实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在小型转子实验台上研究了磁流变液阻尼器 -转子系统的振动特性。实验发现 ,当机座支承刚度明显不同时 ,用相对位移测量得到的转子系统的振动幅频曲线也具有明显差异。磁流变液阻尼器的刚度和转子系统的临界转速都随施加磁场强度的增加而明显增大。 The vibration characteristics of a rotor system with a magnetorheological (MR) fluid damper are studied experimentally on a small type rotor test bench. It is found from the experiments that when the base has clearly different supporting stiffness, the rotor response curves of amplitude verses speed by relative displacement measurement are clearly different. The experiment results show that the stiffness of the MR fluid damper and the critical speed of the rotor system increase distinctly with the increasing of the applied magnetic field.
