摘要
1目的 为自体腓肠神经移植提供解剖学基础。 2方法 15具成人尸体 ,其中男性 12具、女性 3具共 3 0例下肢 ,经股动脉灌注氨水稀释的红色乳胶后进行大体解剖和观测。 3结果 腓肠神经主干起点横径 (3 .3 2± 0 .97) mm、长度 (13 8.5 5± 40 .72 ) mm,腓肠交通神经起点横径 (2 .2 2± 0 .44) mm,长度 (2 5 8.85± 40 .17) mm,腓肠内侧神经起点横径 (1.5 9± 0 .43 ) m m,长度 (2 40 .85± 3 1.82 )m m,腓肠外侧神起起点横径 (2 .5 7± 0 .73 ) mm,可游离长度 (193 .45± 3 6.86) mm ,小动脉分布密度 ,腓肠神经主干 >腓肠外侧神经 >腓肠交通支神经 >腓肠内侧神经。小静脉分布大致同动脉。4结论 可根据移植需要选择合适长度和横径的腓肠神经 ,有 10 %~ 15
Objective To provide anatomic basis for autologous sural nerve graft. Methods 15 adult cadavers (12male and 3 female) were injected with red latex diluted by ammonia through femoral artery,and their 30 lower extremities were observed and measured.Results The diameter of the main trunk of sural nerve,sural communicating branch,medial suraf nerve and Lateral sural nerve is (3.32±0.97)mm,(2.22±0.44)mm,(1.59±0.43)mm and (2.57±0.73)mm,respecfively.The length of above is (138.55±40.72)mm,(258.85±40.17)mm,(240.85±31.82)mm,(193.45±36.86) respectively.Density of small arteries:sural nerve main trunk>lateral sural nerve>sural communicating branch>medial sural nerve.The density of small vein is the same as that of small arteries.Conclusions According to the need of nerve graft ,from the most reliable place we can harvest sural nerve graft whose lengths and diameters are suitable.10%~15% small arteries are fit for microvascular anastomosis nerve graft.
