摘要
研究了几种物质对D -核糖产量的影响 ,研究表明 ,当发酵培养基中玉米浆的含量为 2 5g/L ,D -核糖产量达到最高 ,为 65g/L。发酵培养基中添加适量的酵母粉及山梨醇亦有利于D -核糖的积累 ,当酵母粉与山梨醇的添加量分别为 10g/L及 4 0g/L时 ,D -核糖产率分别增加 7 8%、4 7% ,而在发酵培养基中加入丙二酸可抑制D -核糖的分泌 ,在 4 0ml发酵培养基中添加 1ml丙二酸后 ,D -核糖的产率下降73 8%。甲醇也可抑制D -核糖的积累 ,当发酵培养基中的甲醇添加量为 16g/L时 ,D -核糖产率下降66 2 %。
Transketolase-deficient Bacillus pumilus stain was used to produce D-ribose in food and pharmacy industry.Effects of some substance on D-ribose production were researched in this paper.D-ribose production has been improved about 7.8% when 10g/L yeast powder was added in the medium,and D-ribose production has been improved about 4.7% when 10g/L sorbitol was added in the medium.The D-ribose titer reduced when the medium was added with other substance such as propane diacid.The fact that formic acid can reduce the D-ribose titer confirms the presence of the ribulose monophosphate pathway in Bacillus pumilus that has been founded in Bacillus subtilis.
