摘要
本文以静挠度最小及第一阶固有频率最高为优化目标,用极小极大法对主轴作了多目标优化设计,推导出一些计算公式,同时考虑主轴端和切削点的静挠度,使优化结果符合实际工作情况。
In this arti article, the minimum static deflection and maximum first natural frequency are selected as the optimal objects, the optimum design for machine tool spindles is made with minimum- maximum method, and some formulas have been derived, in which the static deflection at spindle nose and at cutting point are both considered, so that the, result of optimum design are coincided with the practical working conditions.
