摘要
本文系统地提出了一套视频通信中的综合抗误码技术 .本文针对窄带噪声信道 ,在H .2 6 3+编码的基础上 ,首先提出了视频主观质量控制策略 ;并在编码端根据视频信息的重要程度相应采用了非等重保护的前向纠错(FEC)算法 ,当恢复视频仍有误码时 ,则在解码端根据不同的帧编码类型使用相应的时 /空误码掩盖方法提高恢复视频质量 .计算机仿真结果表明 ,采用以视频主观质量控制策略为核心的综合抗误码技术 ,在高误码环境下 ,恢复视频信噪比可提高 10 - 2 0dB ,主观视频质量可提高 1- 2个等级 .该综合抗误码方案已在实际中得到应用 .
An integrated error resilience technology for video communication is proposed. At beginning, a control strategy of subjective video quality is presented. Then, an unequal forward error-correction (FEC) based on H. 263+ video coder is suggested to protect the different video information. However, if there are still error bits in the reconstructed images, temporal/spatial error concealment is used in the video decode according to the various coding types. Simulation results show that the subjective and objective video quality is obviously improved using proposed integrated error resilience technology with control of subjective quality. These technologies are used in practice.
