摘要
文章详尽论述了发展中国家和发达国家在实施资本项目自由兑换的过程中的经验教训 ,总结对我国实施资本项目自由兑换战略具有借鉴意义的经验。并在此基础上进一步论述了我国实施资本项目自由兑换战略应坚持的基本原则和应采取的基本策略。
By fully discussing the experience and lessons drawn from capital items free exchange practice in developing and developed countries, this article abstracts those that are applicable to the enforcement of capital items free exchange strategy in our country, and then makes a further discussion on the basic principles and measures to adhere to in the course of the enforcement.
