摘要
本文论述了企业生产组织自律的概念与内涵，认为自律包括自我控制、自我调节和自我规范；探讨了企业生产组织自律水平的评价体系；提出了企业生产组织自律的若干原理。
In this paper,we discrsses the concept and content of the self-discipline theory about production organization of enterprises,and consider that self-discipline consists of self- control, self - adjustment and self - regulation. We furthorly studies the assessment system of the self-discipline level of production organization,and proposes the self-discipline phinciples on prduction organization of enterprises.
