摘要
用角谱法分析了微小孔近场衍射中的传播波和倏逝波 ,并对平面波圆孔衍射进行了数值计算 ,得到了一些新的结论 .
Using the angular spectrum representation,the homogeneous and evanescent waves in near-field diffraction of a small aperture are examined.As an example,the diffraction of a plane wave by a circular aperture is considered in detail,and some new results have been obtained. [
