摘要
目的 改良治疗颅底脑挫伤及血肿的传统手术入路。方法 82例脑外伤患者 ,经额下 眶外侧联合入路进行手术治疗。结果 术后存活 76例 ,病死率 7.3 % ,骨瓣回植率 44%。结论 该手术入路暴露彻底 ,减压充分 。
Objective To develop a conventional surgical approach for treatment of cerebral contusion and hematoma at the base of skull.Methods 82 patients with traumatic brain injury underwent operation via subfrontal lateral orbital combined approach.Results 76 patients survived after operation.The mortality rate was 7.3%.The exoskeletal axis replacing rate was 44%.Conclusion This approach provieds an adequate exposure of the base of skull and gives an excellent decompression,thus effectivly reduces brain edema postoperatively.
