摘要
采用 EAG生测技术研究表明 ,甜菜夜蛾雄蛾触角上具有 4种性信息素组分 (Z9,E1 2 - 1 4∶Ac(A)、Z9- 1 4∶ OH (B)、Z9- 1 4∶ Ac(C)和 Z9,E1 2 - 1 4∶ OH(D) )的感受细胞。单一组分 A,二元组分 AB和 AD,三元组分 ABC、ABD和 ACD及四元组分 ABCD的 EAG反应显著较高 ,与 3头雌蛾性信息素腺体浸提液的反应强度相当。进一步对 AB二元混合物中两组分的最佳比例以及最佳比例的剂量反应进行了测定。当 AB间的比例为 5∶ 5时可产生最大的 EAG反应 ,其它比例 (9∶ 1、7∶ 3、3∶ 7、1∶ 9)间无明显差异。 AB(5∶ 5)混合物的使用剂量在 0 .0 4~ 4μg范围内 ,EAG值随剂量增加呈直线上升 ;使用剂量低于 0 .0 4μg或高于 40μg。
In the EAG responses of male moth to the female physiological level, EAG bioassay of male spodopera exigua to the female sex pheromone components was conducted. The results showed that there are olfaction receptors of all four pheromone components on the male moth's antenna. Among the four components, component A elicited the highest EAG response. The binary blends of AB and AD, the trinary blends of ABD,ABC and ADC, and the four component blend ABCD were also capable to elicit as higher EAG response as the extract of 3 sex pheromone glands.The binary blend of AB, when in ratio of 1∶1(A∶B), elicited significantly higher level of EAG response than those in ratios of 9∶1, 7∶3, 3∶7 and 1∶9 respectively. The dose response test for AB blend in ratio of 1∶1 showed that EAG values increased with the increment of dose from 0.04 to 4μg. However, EAG values by the blend did not change significantly as the dose changed beyond the range.
