摘要
为探讨传统栽培技术和优化栽培技术对小麦粒重的影响 ,于 1999— 2 0 0 0年在中国农业大学中德合作项目北京试验基地进行了包括灌溉、氮肥和秸秆 3因素共 18个处理组合的田间试验。结果表明 :1秸秆处理对粒重无明显影响 ,优化灌溉有利于提高粒重 ,优化灌溉配合优化施氮肥提高小麦粒重 ;2小麦不同粒位粒重的高低顺序为 :第 2位粒 >第 1位粒 >第 3位粒 ,而且栽培技术无法改变这种差异 ;3施氮对籽粒胚乳细胞数目的影响取决于土壤水分状况 ,土壤水分不足时为负效应 ,否则为正效应。
At Beijing experimental site of Sino German cooperative project, a field trial that included 18 treatments with 3 factors was carried out in 1999—2000 for investigating the relationship between cultivation technique and grain weight of winter wheat. The results showed that: ① There was no effect of straw treatment on grain weight; Optimized irrigation and optimized nitrogen fertilization under optimized irrigation increased grain weight. ② The order of grain weight in different position on spike let in one ear was as follow : 2nd grain >1st grain >3rd grain and the order was not changed by cultivation technique. ③Effect of nitrogen fertilizer application on the number of endosperm in grain depended on soil water condition: Negative effect resulted from inadequate soil water content and vice versa. Suitable variety wheat for Beijing region was suggested.
