摘要
将协同学理论应用于车牌汉字识别中,并将水平尺度分离出来,通过傅立叶交换和对数映射预处理方法,实现对车牌汉字的水平平移和水平尺度不变性识别。实验表明,使用预处理方法后,对水平平移和水平尺度这两种空间变化的汉字识别有着较显著的改善。
By introducing preprocessing methods, such as FFT and log mapping, we apply the synergetic theory in license Chinese characters recognition and separate scaling into horizontal and vertical ones.Thus, we get the invariance properties against horizontal translation and horizontal scaling.which are proved by the experiment.
