本文根据应用领域，对计算机分类提出了嵌入式计算机的新定义，总结了嵌入式系统工业及其开发的特点，介绍了嵌入式微控制器设计上采用了各种提高可靠性的新技术。概括了嵌入式处理器的发展趋势。
