摘要
世纪之交 ,我国经济面临着增长困境 ,其深层原因是地区发展不平衡所致。为解决这一问题必须加速推动西部地区经济发展 ,西部大开发的过程也就是缩小西部与东部差距的过程。为此 ,应遵循市场机制的原则 ,更新观念 ,采取一系列有效措施 ;调整产业结构 ,选择重点产业 ;加强基础设施建设 ;治理生态环境 ;实施分类扶持政策等 ,是西部社会。
The regional development imbalance brings China's economy to difficulties at the turn of the century. To solve this problem, the development in western economy should be fastened. It is considered that idealogic changes and adoption of effective measure conforming to market mechanism,the adjustment of industry structure,the choice of major industry,the strengthening of infrastructure, the protection of eco environment, the implementation of differential support policy is the only way of Western's sustainable development.
