摘要
通过西北地区生态环境的现状分析 ,探讨生态环境演变的机制 ,认为生态重建是一个与自然条件、社会条件和工程技术系统紧密相关的过程 。
Through analysis of the present northwestern eco environment situation, and the discussion of eco environment evolnging mechanism, the authors think that eco reconstruction is a process which has a close relation with natural conditions, social conditions and engineering & technical system. Then measures of eco reconstruction are raised.
