摘要
随着社会经济的发展 ,城市交通拥挤现象日趋严重 ,城市资源得不到优化利用 ,环境质量日趋恶化 ,而现行的城市交通规划方法是单一面向交通的方法 ,没有考虑交通发展对资源的要求及对环境的影响 .本文立足中国国情 ,通过对 2 1世纪中国城市交通领域发展趋势分析 ,建立了适应中国国情的可持续发展城市交通模式以及实现此模式的可持续发展城市交通系统规划理论体系结构 ,并对理论体系中的 4个关键技术———可持续发展的城市交通系统模式、高度信息化社会条件下的城市交通需求预测技术、城市交通系统能源消耗分析与预测技术、城市交通系统环境影响评价与预测技术进行了详细论述 .
Social economic development leads the serious congestion of urban transportation, irrational usage of urban resource and the deterioration of environment quality. Meanwhile, the method for urban transportation planning is only a simple method dealing with the traffic itself, which does not consider the impact on the environment and the demand on the energy from the developing traffic. Based on the concrete circumstance of China and the analysis of development trend in Chinese urban transportation field in 21th century, this paper builds a sustainable developing model for urban transportation and a systemic structure to realize this model, and it also narrates four key technologies, which are the sustainable developing system model for urban transportation, the urban transportation demand forecasting technology in highly informative society, the technology for energy consuming and forecasting of urban transportation, and the technology for evaluating and forecasting of urban transportation environment compact.
