摘要
介绍了乳液型丙烯酸酯增稠剂的合成工艺 ,并讨论了单体、乳化剂、引发剂、交联剂和温度对产品性能的影响 ,结果表明 :选择适宜的硬单体和软单体共聚 ,乳化剂用量为 0 .5 %～ 1.0 %时 ,乳液的性能最佳。
The synthetic technics of the thickener of emulsion type acrylate is introduced and the effects to the product performances of monomer, emulsifier, initiator, cross-linking agent and temperature are discussed either. The results show that the stability of emulsion is best when hard monomer and soft monomer are selected suitably for copolymerization and the emulsifier dosage ranges 0.5%～ 1.0%.
