Effect of vibrational parameter on bed voidage

摘要 利用一种振动流化床装置实现了对 Geldart分类中 C类粉体的正常流化 ,研究了振动参数对床层空隙率的影响 .实验结果表明,随着振动频率和振幅的增大,床层 空隙率也增大, C类粉体在振动流化床中的流化是以团聚物形态存在的,流化的难易程度与 颗粒间的粘性力有关 . Particles of the group c in Geldart's classification are fluidized fairly well in a vibro- fluidized bed. The effect of vibrational parameter on the bed voidage has been mainly discussed in this paper. Experimental results sh ow that Geldart's group- c particles exist in the form of agglomerates in vibro - fluidized bed when these fine solids are fluidized.
