摘要
温度分选是生产 III型弹条的一道重要工序，温度自动分选装置能够确 保该产品淬火温度全部符合热处理工艺要求 .采用 WDL－ 31型光电温度计和 XWZK型快速平 衡记录仪将温度信号转变成电信号，通过控制电路和气动装置实现在不同温度区间内 (设置 为三个区间 )对应动作的控制，从而达到对产品进行检测分选的目的 .
The temperature selection instrument should ensure that the quench ing temperature is conformity with the stipulations of the heat treatment techni cs completely.in this in strument. the temperature signal is be converted into e lectric signal by WDL－ 31 photoelectricity temperature meter and XWZK fast－ ba lance recorder.The corresponding action is achived by simple control electric c ircuit and pneumatic instrument between the different temperature interval(3 int ervals wset),So the selection on products can be achieved conrectly.
