摘要
德育是素质教育的灵魂。推进素质教育必须把德育放在突出的位置 ,坚持齐抓共管、全面育人 ,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的“四有新人”。
Ethics education is an indispensable component of tertiary education and a cornerstone in building students characters. Therefore, ethics education ought to be given the first priority in implementing and promoting education in character building. This requires all the sectors of the university working cooperatively under the guideline of providing comprehensive education and equipping students with creativity and practical skills.
