摘要
:介绍一种制备SHS陶瓷内衬复合弯管的自动化生产设备 ,给出了其工作技术路线、功能实现方法以及用该设备生产出的陶瓷内衬复合弯管的组织与性能。实践证明以 89C5 2单片机为核心智能部件组成的点火、检测、控制与执行系统对实现陶瓷内衬复合弯管的工业自动化生产是可靠有效的 ,所制备的复合弯管内衬陶瓷壁厚均匀 ,组织性能可满足工程用管材的要求 ,从而为该技术的产业化提供了设备保证和技术支持。
One kind of automation equipment for producing SHS curved ceramic lined composite pipes has been introduced,and working process line,method for realizing function and system structure of the automation equipment as well as structures and properties of curved ceramic lined composite pipes produced with the equipment have been given.It has been proved from the practice that four systems in the equipment with ignition, measurement,control and execution system which are centered around 89C52 micro controller intelligent component are reliable and effective for automatically production curved ceramic lined composite pipes in industry,thickness of lined ceramics in curved composite pipes is even,and structures and properties of the curved composite pipes meet requirements for engineering application,so that equipment assurance and technique support have been offered for producing SHS curved ceramic lined composite pipes.
