摘要
叙述了电力系统变电站计算机倒闸操作票系统的功能 ,在此基础上详细介绍了与操作票计算机通过 RS- 2 32串行接口连接的 RTU电力运动微机系统的原理。
The author describes the principle and method of computer operation ticket for switch-change on substation of electrical system where computer system of RTU electrical remote operation connects with computer of operation ticket by RS-232 interface.
