摘要
概述了平衡补缩铸造方法 ,并根据金属在压力下的结晶理论 ,分析了强制补缩铸造条件下 ,铸件不同凝固阶段的温度场特征 ,外加压力强制补缩可以大大增加晶核数目 。
The author summarizes the method of compensating contraction by balancing,and analyzes the character of temperature field with in different solidification period under the casting condition of forcing compensating contraction according to the theory of metal crystal under pressure.It is found that the forcing compensating contraction by extra pressure can greatly increase the number of crystal core,thus obtaining the casting with small grain size.
