摘要
重庆银行业应对加入WTO的总体竞争战略应选择市场领先者战略 ,而保持市场领先者地位须从两个方面采取防御 :一是充分利用WTO的保障条款和西部大开发的政策优势制订特殊的法律法规等措施降低外资银行的进攻力度和速度 ,缓解重庆银行业的竞争压力 ;二是通过制度创新和金融创新快速提高重庆银行业的竞争实力。
This paper holds that the banking of Chongqing should choose market-leader strategy as its overall competition strategy so as to answer the entry into the WTO and the following defensive measures must be taken in order to keep the position of market leader: in the first place, to take advantage of the guarantee loan and the preferential policy in the west development to make special laws and regulations to slow down the force and speed of the attack of foreign banks and therefore to relieve the competitive pressure on Chongqing banking; in the second place, to improve the competitive power of Chongqing banking rapidly by creating new systems and new finances.
