摘要
通过建立的沉降模型 ,选择了满足设计要求的 Ti,Mo粉料。用共沉降工艺制备了 Ti/ Mo梯度沉积层 ,经过140 0℃× 2 0 MPa× 1h热压烧结 ,得到 Ti/ Mo系梯度材料。经测试分析表明 :所制备的 Ti/
Proper powders of Ti, Mo were selected through the established mathematical model. Ti/Mo FGM was obtained after sintering the Ti/Mo deposit fabricated by co sedimentation method at 1 400 ℃ under 20 MPa for an hour. The EPMA results show that Ti/Mo product agrees with the pre designed one in their composition distribution.
