摘要
介绍了模板热压机的 PLC电气控制系统 ,给出了该系统软硬件设计和工艺流程 .提出了对压板位置和油缸压力精确控制的可行方案 ,给出了系统控制结构图和软件流程图 ,该系统已投入生产 ,达到了设计要求 .
This paper presents the application of PLC for electric control system in mould plate hotpressing machine. The design of the software, hardware and technological process of the system are also introduced. A feasible method for accurately controlling the pressing plate position and the pressure of hydraulic sylinder is developed. The control structure diagram and the software flow chart of this system are given. The result of application is satisfactory.
