摘要
本文首先从理论上进行了论证,其次将SJ100KVA变压器节能改造为85KVA为例,采取更换绕组,优选最佳容量的方案,合理可行.并经测试表明主要技术性能指标符合国家有关部门的标准.在国内同类研究中,减容最少,节能效果最佳,经济效益和社会效益显著.最后进一步论述高能耗变压器节能改造是一条比较好的、符合我国国情的高能耗变压器更新换代的途径,其推广应用前景十分广阔。
In this paper, first, theortical demonstration is described; second, energy saving reformation of Transformer SJ100KVA into Transformer 85KVA is taken as an example to optimize the resonable and avaiable project of the best capacity by changing wirdings.And tests show that main indexes of technical properties conincide with the standards of the related department of our country.Among researches of the same kind, the reduction of capacity is the least, the energy saving effect is the best, economical and social benefits are remarkable. Finally, it is further described that the energy saving reformation of high energy consumption transformers is a better way of replacing high energy consumption transformers, which correspends to our national situation. The prospects of its popularization and application is very wide.
