摘要
本文建立了凸极同步发电机温度场计算的数学模型,并应用有限元法对其定子、转子温度场进行了计算和分析,根据凸极同步发电机结构特点及通风冷却方式,提出了计算凸极同步发电机对流换热边界面的散热系数的一般方法。用75千瓦凸极同步发电机作为算例,计算了它的温度分布,与实测值基本相符。
The paper establishes a mathermatical model,calculating the temperature field in salient pole synchronous generators. By the use of finite element method,the temperature field of the stator and the rotor of the generator is calculated and analysed. According to the feature of structure and ventilation of the generator. A ordinary calculation method of heat transposition coefficient of the convection boundarylayer in it is provided. Calculation results of temperature distributionare shown to correspond to the value of measurementon a 75kw generator.
