摘要
介绍了以STD5000 系列工控机为主机的线切割机控制系统的设计过程,并给出了系统硬件框图和系统软件模块功能图,研究结果表明,该系统可对4 平方米以内的金属板材进行高精度。
This paper introduces the design process of line cutting machine control system based on STD 5 000 series industry computer, and describes both the hardware block diagram and the software function block diagram in this system. The equipment can accurately cut metal plate whose size is within 4 square meters, and serve in cutting for complicated shapes cutting.
