摘要
考试在教学过程中发挥了重要作用。考试管理的规范化和科学化是学校教学管理改革的一项重要内容。为加强考试的组织和管理，就考试命题、考试监考制度、考试时间及考场安排、评卷和成绩分析等考试组织的重要环节所采取的措施、方法进行了初步探讨。
Tests play a very important role in the course of education. For test management to be standard and scientific is an important part in the reform of school management. In order to enhance organization and management of tests, the article probes into measures and methods that should be taken in such important aspects of tests as paper assignment, invigilation, time and classroom arrangement, paper correction and result analysis.
