摘要
在剖析华山风景名胜区华麓区现状概况、存在问题及发展优势的基础上 ,提出了华麓区控制性规划的规划目标与规划原则 ,并重点从功能结构、空间布局、文物保护、景观绿地系统、旅游组织、指标控制等方面对风景名胜区控制性规划进行了初步的实证研究 ,最后给出了规划的实施措施与管理建议 .
Based on the analysis of the present situations ,existing problems and the advantage of development in Hualu District,its planning objectives and principles in control planning are presented .Especially the emphasis from the following aspects as:functional structure, spatial layout,protection of historical relics, scenic spots and grass land, travelling orgnization, target control, is studied on the postive basis.Finally measures of implementation and suggestions on management are presented.
