摘要 额仁陶勒盖锰硅型银矿石,银含量500g/t左右,锰17.42%,矿石中银锰共生十分密切,银主要以类质同象形式赋存于硬锰矿中,属难选矿石。本文详细阐述了该类型矿石的选冶试验研究情况,采用了磁选、中温氯化焙烧、氨水浸银联合工艺流程,有效地分离了银、锰,取得了十分理想的技术指标。 The silver ore from E'ren-Tao-Lei-Gai silver mine contains 500g/t of silver and 17.42% of manganese. The silver is closely associated with manganese and occurs principally in manganese hydrate in an analog to manganese with homophase.This type ore is refractory.In this paper,a combined flowsheet of magnetic concentration-chloridizing roast in medium temperature-ammo-niacal leaching is employed, through which, the silver and manganese are effectively separated and a desirable economic index is obtained.
