摘要
研究了利用浮标式气动测量方法和浮标光电传感器组成自动测量系统对车用空调压缩机前盖部件中的无内圈滚针轴承的内径进行测量和分档。设计了专用尺寸传递结构和测量喷嘴实现对滚针轴承内径非连续测量面的测量。通过对测量系统进行特性误差分析,验证了此类自动测量系统的可行性。
The non-inner race needle bearing used in front cover of vehicle air-conditioning is measured by floating pneumatic measuring method and automatic measuring system which consists of floating optoelectric transducers. The special dimension exchangeable structure is designed and measuring nozzle will measure the inside diameter of needle bearing. Through the error analysis of measuring system characteristics, the possibility of this automatic measuring system is verified.
