摘要
轿车正面碰撞时其前部的悬架、转向系等机构的运动情况对于轿车车身前部钣金件变形过程的影响很大。因此在模拟分析中必须加以认真考虑。要正确模拟碰撞过程中机构的运动情况,所采用的有限元软件必须具备相应的功能。本文介绍了PAMCRASH软件的机构运动模拟功能,并进行了机构运动的模拟计算。
During car frontal impact its front suspension, steering system and other mechanism motion will exert a great influence upon car frontal sheet-metal plate deformation, so we must pay more attention to this case in the simulation analysis. The mechanism motion in the process of impact should be precisely simulated, the adopted finite element software must have corresponding function. The mechanism motion simulation function of PAMCRASH is introduced and simulation calculation of this mechanism motion is made in this paper.
