摘要
论述在工程项目管理中分包合同与主合同之间的关系 ,提出用模块化的思想进行分包合同招标文件开发与管理的新思路 ,分析分包合同招标文件模块化开发的优点 。
This paper first discusses the relationship between subcontract and main contract, proposes the innovative method for developing subcontracting documents by modularization and analyzes the advantage of this method. Finally, some points that should be noted in preparation of subcontract documents are put forward.
