摘要
应用 ADAMS软件建立整车多体动力学模型 ,通过仿真分析和道路试验 ,研究转向机构高速振动的原因 ;对悬架和转向系各处橡胶衬套进行灵敏度分析和正交试验优化 。
A whole vehicle multi body dynamic model is built with ADAMS software in the paper.The cause of steering linkage's vibration at high speed is studied through simulation and road experiment.An approach to overcome steering linkage's vibration at high speed has been found through sensitive analysis of these rubber bushing of fore suspension and steering system and orthogonal DOE(Design of Experiment) optimization.
