摘要
根据模糊可靠性理论将设备状态按功能模糊概念构成模糊功能子集 ,根据设备定期状态检测获得的模糊信息 ,由贝叶斯法则获得设备模糊功能概率分布 ,依据模糊功能概率计算设备运行的动态可靠度 .动态可靠度概念的应用为柴油机工况检测和维修决策提供了依据 .
The equipment condition is described with fuzzy function subset. The fuzzy information of the equipment is obtained by periodic conditional detection. The serviceablity can be calculated according to the fuzzy function probablity which is deduced with Bayes method. The idea of reliability gives a new way to evaluate the diesel engine condition and to make maintenance dicision. An application example is provided to study the tribological reliability of marine diesel engine.
