摘要
为了能更好地履行“STCW 78/95”公约 ,加强雷达海上船舶避碰模拟训练 ,提高驾驶员使用雷达操船避让水平 ,提出了基于 PC单机的雷达海上船舶避碰模拟训练软件 ,该软件实现了在 PC机上雷达海上操船避让的模拟训练 ,软件创建了多项更为适合雷达海上操船避让模拟训练的功能 ,使人手一机成为现实 ,是一种功能强、价格低。
To better fulfill STCW 78/95 Convention, reinforce the training of collision avoidance at sea and improve the skills of ship maneuvering and collision avoidance for seafarers using radar simulator, this paper proposes a training method of collision avoidance using simulator based on PC. The software realizes the training of collision avoidance by radar simulator based on PC, and creates functions, which are more applicable to the training of maneuvering & collision avoidance at sea. This makes “One Person, One Simulator” come true, and the simulator, which is more functional and of lower price, is a kind of training software adapted to use and popularize.
