摘要
采用超细工业氧化铝和一些天然原料 ,通过配方和显微结构设计 ,研制出一种可用普通注浆成型方法成型 ,烧成温度为 15 5 0℃的辊道窑用瓷辊材质 ,测试结果表明 :试样的抗折强度为 10 0 MPa以上 ,抗热震稳定性次数达 6次。
With fired alumina and some natural materials as the main raw material and adopting the microstructural and compositional desigh,the rollers were formed by slip casting and sintered at 1550℃×2h.The results showed that the flexural strength was above 100MPa and the thermal shock resistance reached 6 cycles.
