摘要
针对唐钢高速线材厂的生产实际 ,借助于理论与实验模型 ,通过计算机模拟研究了高速线材在承受变形时其内部因奥氏体再结晶导致的组织结构的变化。结果表明 ,除粗轧阶段中的强迫咬入道次以动态再结晶为主以外 ,其它道次以亚动态再结晶为主。个别道次仅发生少量的静态再结晶 ,这对组织性能及轧制负荷均有不利影响 ;此外发现 ,对高速线材轧制 ,Z因子对动态、亚动态再结晶的发生与否影响不大 ,主要影响因素是变形程度的大小。作为将理论与实验的研究应用于高速线材生产现场的初步尝试 。
The microstructure changing of stiff wire with austenite recrystallization has been researched through computer simulation used by theory and test research in the high speed wire rods rolling mill of TangGang.The results obtained by the research indicate that,dynamic recrystallization is major in rough rolling passes,in others metadynamic recrystallization is chief.When few static recrystallization appears in one or two passes,it brings bad effects in microstructure,properties and rolling force.The main factors,which retard dynamic and metadynamic recrystallization,aren't Z factor but pass deformation.The group of models is preliminarily used to continuous predicted and for the precision of the force calculation improved in practice.
