摘要
研究了真空退火态 93WNiFe合金在 10~ 90 0℃的拉伸性能、断口形貌及显微组织 .研究结果表明 :随着温度的升高钨合金抗拉强度逐渐下降 ,延伸率先上升后下降 ,在 4 0 0℃出现峰值 ,断口形貌由钨颗粒解理型断裂逐渐向钨颗粒与粘结相脱开型断裂转变 ,钨合金抗拉强度主要受断口断裂模式的影响 ,而延伸率却受钨颗粒和粘结相变形的共同影响 .
The mechanical properties of fracture surfaces and microstructure of tungsten alloy were investigated under tension with temperature from 10 to 900 degrees. The results show that the ultimate strength decreases with the increase of temperature, the elongation increases below 400 degrees but decreases above it, and the fracture surfaces changes from tungsten pellet cleavage to detached tungsten-matrix. The fracture mode influences the ultimate strength, and the deformation of tungsten pellet and matrix effect on the elongation.
