摘要
本文作者叙述了振动料斗用的压电驱动的材料性能、工作原理、结构和实验结果。该器件是采用压电双晶片振子结构 ,因而结构简单 ,使用方便 ,无电磁干扰。振子谐振频率为 30 0Hz左右 ,当外加电压达± 30 0V时 ,振子偏转位移量大于± 1 7mm ,是一种理想的振动源。
This paper presents the material performance working principle, structure and experimental results of piezoelectric driver, which is used in vibrating material bucket. This device introduces duplex crystal vibrator structure,so it is simple and easy for use and has no electromagnetic interference The resonance frequency of the oscillator is about 300Hz,when applied voltage reaches±300V.Its delection is more than ±1 7mm,therefore,it is a good vibrating source
