摘要
主要研究了用外设时钟 ,CPU ,以及D \A中的倒T网络实现STM(ScanningTunnelingMicro scope)扫描电压的智能控制 ,使用对数放大器实现隧道电流的对数压缩以及低通与高通滤波器的智能控制。
Some ideas are given about using out-clock, CPU and anti-T-net of D/A card for getting to the intelligent control of scanning voltage ,low-filter and hign-filter of STM; logarithm amplifier for tunnelling current contraction. At last, some applications and questions when it running about STM are discussed.
