摘要
分析了采用喷气 (天然气 )再燃技术降低燃煤锅炉NOx排放的基本原理 ,根据冷态模化原理建立并完善了冷态模拟实验台 ,用热空气代替天然气喷入炉膛 ,进行了炉内混合状况的冷态模拟实验研究。根据动量、热量和质量传递过程的相似性 ,提出了通过测试炉内温度场的均匀性来反映炉内混合状况的方法 ,并在不同工况下对炉内温度进行了测试 ,计算出了不同工况下不同截面温度场的均方差 ,分析了喷射流量和喷嘴位置对炉内混合状况的影响。
The principle of NO x reduction using gas reburning in boiler is analyzed. The experimental device is set up according to the principle of cold simulation. Replacing natural gas with hot air, the cold simulated experiment of mixed condition in boiler has been done. The method reflecting the mixed condition in boiler by means of surveying the uniformity of temperature is put forward on the basis of the similarity of momentum, heat and mass transfer processes. In the meantime, the temperature of different sections in furnace is measured and mean square difference of temperature field is calculated. The effect of flow rate and position of nozzle on the mixed condition in boiler is investigated.
