摘要
知识经济时代，社会信息要求的巨大增长对图书馆管理体制和服务方式提出了新要求，形成新的冲击，要求图书馆更新观念，改变服务方式，扩大服务范围，以实现图书馆管理的创新。
In the times of knowledge economy, there are greatly increasing demands on library management system and service. The ideas about library management should be replaced with the new ones, the ways of service changed, and the scope of service enlarged,so that the new ideas about library management can be realized.
