摘要
中国西部处于大陆西北灾害带及青藏高原灾害带中 ,主要灾害类型为“旱、涝、震、沙、病、生”。要有效地在“西部开发”中加强生态安全建设 ,应尽快开展以公众为对象的安全防灾教育。普及西部公众安全防灾教育 ,迫切需要媒体的舆论作用 ,需要创立安全防灾类“名牌”报刊 。
The western China is in the southwest continental and Qingzang plateau disaster zone. The major disasters include drought, flood, earthquake, desert, plague and disasters caused by human factors. The public oriented disaster control education is critical for the effective enhancement of the ecological security construction in “the west development”. The spreading of this education require the mass media, the popular press of disaster control, and innovation mechanism of scientific control.
