摘要
沂南金矿和龙头汪金矿均属矽卡岩型含金多金属硫化矿,采用重—磁—浮联合流程回收铜、金、铁和硫。经多次试验研究和生产实践,证明使用35~#捕收剂和丁铵黑药代替丁黄药进行优先浮选效果良好,提高了金、铜回收率,降低生产成本、并综合回收了铁、硫。
Ores from Yi-Nan and Long-Tou-Wang Gold Mine are gold-bearing skarn type of complex sulphide ores. A combined process flow of gravity and magnetic dressing and flotation was employed to recover copper, gold, iron and sulphur.Through testing and practice repeatedly, it was proved that the recovery of gold and copper were raised, production cost reduced and the comprehensive recovering of iron and suphur obtained in the application. of collector 35# and aeroflow 226 instead of xanthate z12 to preferential flotation.
