摘要
在微酸性介质中,题示试剂与金(Ⅲ)反应生成1:1的荧光配合物。其激发波长和发射波长分别为325nm和380nm。荧光强度与Au(Ⅲ)浓度在0—320ppb呈线性关系,检测限为0.5ppb。测定了矿石中微量金,结果满意。
In slightly acidic medium,SPAAQ reacts with gold (111) forming a red complex which shows an intense fluorescence at λem/λex = 380nm/325nm. The fluorescence intensity is linear with gold(111) concentration in the range of 0-320ppb.The method has been applied to the determination of trace gold in ores.
