摘要
介绍了乙烯基磺酸聚合物处理剂的设计与合成 ,考察了该体系的热稳定性和耐盐能力 .室内及现场试验结果表明 ,乙烯基磺酸聚合物抗盐、降滤失和防塌能力强 ,热稳定性好 。
The design and synthesis of the vinyl sulfonate copolymers used for drilling fluid is introduced. The capacity of heat resistance and salt tolerance of mud system is investigated. The laboratory and fields experimental results show that when the vinyl sulfonate copolymers used as drilling fluid filtrate reducer, it has very good capacities of depressing the filter loss, heat resistance, inhibitory ability, and salt tolerance, and it can be used for all water based mud system.
