摘要 发现Zn1-xCuxS和Zn1-xNixS固溶体是可见光照射下工作的新型光催化剂。具有带隙 2 .6ev的Zn0·957Cu0·0 4 3 S在可见光照射下 ,自K2 SO3 和Na2 S水溶液中显示出释放H2 的最高活性。将Zn1-xNixS光催化剂在N2 流下 ,于 770K热处理也显示出高活性。Zn1-xCuxS和Zn1-xNixS光催化剂不需要象Pt这类助催化剂。 Zn 1-x Cu xS and Zn 1-x Ni xS solid solutions were found to be new photocatalysts working under visible light irradiation. Zn 0.957 Cu 0.043 S with a 2.6ev band gap showed the highest activity for H 2 evolution form an agueous K 2SO 3 and Na 2S sotution under visible light irradiation. Zn 1-x Ni xS photocatalysts also showed the high activity when they were heat-treated at 770K under N 2 flow. Both Zn 1-x Cu xS and Zn 1-x Ni xS photocatalysts did not need co-catalysts such as Pt. The visible light response is probably due to the transition between the conduction band of ZnS and levels formed by Cu and Ni ions.
